First person (I, my, me) is standard for LinkedIn, personal websites, and social profiles—it feels direct and personal. Third person (he, she, they, or the name) is standard for speaker bios, author pages, press releases, and conference programs. When in doubt, match the convention of the platform. If you're submitting a bio to an event, they'll usually specify. Mixing them in the same bio (switching mid-paragraph) reads awkwardly; pick one and stick with it.
